Welcome to Forward, together.
Support and guidance towards resilience and wellbeing for individuals alongside parent circles.
About me
My name is Alex Watson. I live in Acton, West London, where I’ve raised two children and feel deeply connected to this diverse and creative community. My life, like many others, has included experiences of change, loss and renewal, shaping a strong belief in the resilience we can all find within ourselves.
After 27 years in education and a leadership role supporting families in West London, I followed my vocation to become a psychotherapist. I’m currently completing a postgraduate diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) alongside an MA in Transpersonal Psychology with the University of Northampton.
As a UKCP registered trainee, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my work, offering grounded, compassionate support to adults navigating life’s challenges.

About Parent Circles
I offer parent circles as a facilitative space grounded which fosters equality, respect, and genuine self-expression. In these circles, all participants have an equal opportunity to speak, pass, or remain silent, honouring diverse voices and creating a safe environment for open, sometimes challenging conversations. Drawing on research showing that circle processes strengthen empathy, group cohesion, and shared responsibility, parent circles provide supportive spaces for honest sharing, collaborative problem-solving, and emotional support, enabling parents to experience belonging and authenticity in ways that support both personal growth and the well-being of families and communities.
I work throughout West London offering face to face sessions in Ealing, Chiswick, West Hampstead, Kensington and Maida Vale. I also work in SE Kent, near Canterbury as well as online via Zoom or Teams.
